Terms & Conditions

The Terms and conditions set out by TD Plumbing Services:

1.Any services booked by the customer is agreed to a set date of starting.
2.For the larger services like half and full bathrooms require a minimum 50% deposit BEFORE the service is began and is NON REFUNDABLE. This is to cover material costs as once ordered we are unable to cancel the order.
3.Upon completion of the service required payment is to be made to TD Plumbing Services via one of the many accepted payment methods.
4. Cancellations can be made before starting the jobs but TD Plumbing Services ask for a minimum of 48hrs BEFORE the job is due to start. In the scenario of a unexpected emergency or change of circumstances we understand these things happen and we understand this so please don't be afraid to contact us and let us know! we can accommodate for these scenarios.
