Refund Policy- Conditions
Under the unfortunate circumstances that a refund is required through TD Plumbing Services we will do out very best to avoid these types of situations as we aim to succeed in successful and complete satisfaction of the job we have taken care of at your property. However, if this cannot be met and we need to issue a refund we will do so after we have tried to rectify a issue highlighted by yourselves the customer providing this issue is addressed to us in a reasonable and respectable manor and having given the opportunity to resolve the issue and failing to meet the standard or expectation set out by yourselves the customer.
Refund Policy- Returns
TD Plumbing Services will issue a partial refund if the situation cannot be resolved by refunding the LABOUR side to the job as buying the materials and fitting voids any possibility of a return to suppliers therefore meaning we cannot take back materials used or opened from factory packaging.
This Refund will be issue via the same way that the customer pays TD Plumbing Services within a 7 Day Refund policy.
